Easy Vegetarian Recipes
I have often heard complaints that being a vegetarian is difficult and restrictive. I hope this list of recipes will make being a vegetarian easier for those who fancy it.
All the recipes are for a single person, they mostly take less than than 30 minutes and never use more than two pans.
Many of the recipes use 'half a tin' of something; unless it says otherwise, the other half can go in the freezer for another day. The 200g tubs in which supermarkets sell their dips (e.g. houmous) are the perfect size for storing half a tin.
