CoQ10 is great for me at 100 mg, but over that amount I can have bad anxiety.

More of a normalizer/harmonizer. I had to go off and on it a few times before being sure it was actually helping.. but it definitely does. When I go off it it takes a few days before I notice I'm tireder and less clear-headed, but it's noticeable.

Q10 lowered my blood pressure to 102/38 and made me dizzy. It took ã what le before I made the connection, but my BP got better the day after stopping it !

I took Ubiquinol for 3 weeks. Before, I had physical fatigue. Now, I have physical and mental fatigue. Of all the supplements I've tried, this is the worst.
