Combined with Acetyl L-Carnitine, 750mg of creatine hcl made a huge difference for me. I'm now trying buffered creatine monohydrate because the two different HCLs I tried had different problems. A drink mix worked fantastically but had sucralose which is a migraine trigger for me. Capsules of Creatine HCL worked well but once made me vomit terribly, I suspect because I didn't follow the directions to take with a full glass of water.

Amazing results with this. Gave me more energy loading dose 20g per day for the first week then drop,down to 5 g. Helps take the burden off methylation
