Amazing results with this. Gave me more energy loading dose 20g per day for the first week then drop,down to 5 g. Helps take the burden off methylation

Came late to the party on this which was regrettable because it was a great addition, it clearly helps greatly for PEM, especially muscle fatigue/soreness, also think it helps with neurological symptoms and sleep in general; it is known to have cognitive benefits but that is typically overlooked. Just remember to check how much water intake you need with this supplement, because its action is actually to draw water from the body into the extremities, which is part of the reason it helps muscle support/recovery.
