It should be noted that Siberian ginseng only shares a name and a physical appearance with the other ginsengs - it is otherwise entirely different, and is slowly being called Eleuthro, over Siberian ginseng because of this confusion.
It, in combination with other adaptogens, was of great use to me.

Again this is another Blend that I got A Lot of help from for energy, but it has to be a blend, it doesn't work by itself unless I take 4X the amount on the bottle and it is under the heading of I can't find it outside of a vitamin store and I can't afford their prices.

I took siberian ginseng as a tincture (as directed on the bottle) for about 3 months. I took it with the intention of supporting my immune system and adrenal glands. I think it helped a bit, but not enough to warrant continuing with it.
