I take one in the morning and one at lunch (that's both not so early in the day) and not in the evening. It helps me a lot feeling well and I am determined to take this for years even when it's rather expensive. I already take this more than 2 years. Came across it in a literature study and the author adviced it to all ME/CFS patients. Lost the link but everywhere highly recommended.

2 tsps under the tongue per day. After some detox the first couple weeks, it gave me energy and stamina I didn't have before.

It made no difference. I tried it but it didn't seem to do anything at all, which is odd because you would think it would; L-Glutamine does. But it was expensive and it didn't seem to be having an effect, so I gave up on it.
