I started taking Prenatal vitamins about 4 months ago, I prefer the chewables but their stupid expensive. I read in one the hundreds of studies they've done that people with CFS tend to have low Folic Acid levels. This is a nice, safe way for me to get extra minerals without worrying about od'ing and making myself worse.

Nature Made Multi For Him 50+ (no iron). I am under 50, but it seems to have a good combination for me to act as a co-factors for other vitamins/supplements as well as pick up the slack on anything I might be missing. RDAs are not sky high, so seems reasonable for base supplement.

The brand I tried was Tyroplex (tyrosine plus B vitamins). I had to stop taking this after a short time as I was developing numbness, notably in fingers. The problem went away after I stopped so I am fairly sure it was due to the supplement.
