Seems to help with brain inflammation in my case, meaning less brain fog issues.

I developed high cholesterol which diet did not improve on. Fish oil noticeable improved my HDL which is the "good" cholesterol. Since I have cognitive problems, HDL is considered important to memory by many recent studies.
