It makes me more energetic. But be aware of the downsides of it, it can deplete the body of sodium. Low sodium can cause lots of fatigue issues as well and especially when the adrenals do not function well (as with me) it is something to pay attention too. For some reason it does help me, but I do not understand why.

Took 99 mg Potassium Citrate with Vitamin B protocol. It either did not help at all or made me feel worse, thinking worse. I might take it if I felt Potassium deprived (unlikely), but would be easier to get in food sources.

Potassium 99mg as Potassium Gluconate. Took as part of methylation protocol but it did not help adverse symptoms of protocol.
