Fibromyalgia: 1250mg in the am REALLY helps with fibro fog and increased energy. Sleeping better too!

I have been doing the B1 experiment for several weeks - and need far fewer naps. From adding some befotiamine (450 mg) to the 2000 mg of B1, I got an enormous amount of muscle pain relief, too.

Just started this to help with heart rate issues since I have POTS. I also take silica and that reduces thiamine efficiency so it helps to offset that.

tried the high-dose protocol, but I had to quit at 1800 mg because of headaches
