Morning dose taken as part of ATP co-factor, which includes 500 mg Niacin and 100 mg B2. It is one of those things that I believe are useful in conjunction with other supplements, and as part of the Bs.

It made no difference. Took a high dose but noticed nothing except side effects.

Initially it seems to grant me a general cognitive boost followed somewhat by some kind of energy crash... I'd recommend proceeding with caution on this one and maybe not at all, since learning almost all B-vitamins are synthetic sources derived from petroleum and coal derivatives.(look it up)
