My blood vitamin D was very low. I'm on a supplement all the time now. I'm not sure if I feel any better, although it may have helped with pains, along with B12 methylcobalamin. However, I do feel a bit more energised a few days after sitting in the sun for a little while (don't get burnt but don't use sunscreen for the first 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the intensity of the sun and your sensitivity to it). Even winter sun is beneficial but you just need more of it.

I haven't been able to tolerate any Vitamin D supplement. They overstimulate my immune system. However, I've had no problems with sunshine or a Vitamin D lamp.

Seems to be overstimulating: RDV made me wired (then tired) and gave me air hunger.
