Use 1-2 cups in a bath and helps me feel much better for the day. Also use magnesium salt lotion almost daily before bed to relax and it helps

Whenever I feel awful I get in an Epsom salt bath. It doesn’t cure me but it lifts me up by a notch or two.

Epsom Salts baths are amazing for my bed time routine, they relax my muscles and mind so I can sleep better!

Use it to treat exzema patches that were very stubborn. I didn't want to keep using steroids and petrol based products and these salts completely cured it.

Brought a flare up of chronic pain down to a manageable level and the effect would last a good 48 hours. 20 minutes hot soak with a cup of epsom salts.

This really helps the IBS-C kind of things of the ME/CFS and is said to be safer then other forms of laxatives (as it works by just drawing water into the bowels). Interestingly.... senna at even double the max dose didnt do a thing for me but this does.
