Helps with sleep when combined with melatonin. I take 1500-200 mg/L-Tryptophan before bed.

I find that it helps for sleep, better in conjunction with Gamma-Amino Butyric acid (GABA) and Melatonin. I use Melatonin 3mg, L-Tryptophan 500 mg, GABA 500 mg.
