I find this helpful for tiredness. I think it is helping to pull me out of a bad patch.

Too much gives me nose bleeds (it can thin the blood), but small amounts work quite well.

I take it as a powder - 1/16 tsp dissolved in a little warm water once a day after dinner. 1/4 tsp = 700mg (approx).

Took dose recommended on the bottle. I went from being achy every day to being achy only sometimes. I still had a lot of work left to do as this wasn't the only thing that helped me.

It helps my energy, clarity , and mood a lot, but it also gives me severe muscle pain and intestinal cramping, so I can't take it.

Was prescribed as OTC by pdoc to help with mood stabilization, depression, fatigue, anxiety. I believe it to work well, better than many prescription meds I have been on for the same, I noticed a positive and consistent effect rather quickly, but I think it needs some time to have full effect. Also, the liver/detox attributes are a big plus.
