Added to my adrenal cocktails 3-4 times a day. Replenishes electrolytes as I'm on the ketogenic diet, but helps with orthostatic intolerance too by aiding hydration and blood volume. The cocktails boost energy and aid in crash recovery. A staple of mine.

For me, it is absolutely essential. I have to infuse sll my water with salt in order to retain any fluids and keep my blood pressure high enough to preveent fainting. I have severe endocrine imbalance and this helps to conttol some major symptoms..

Salt! Who would have thought it would make POTS so much better?

Sometimes it's the simple stuff. A few pinches in your water, not enough to make it taste salty, and you will feel way better. :)

I use it for minerals and detox in conjunction with the Iodine Protocol, but would also use it for detox by itself. It is one of those ideas I would have called "hogwash" before trying it but can really feel a difference after trying it. For me, it may initially cause some bloating. Using greater amounts has shifted elimination from voluminous urination to rather forceful diarrhea or similar action. I also take mega doses of Vitamin C on a regular basis for detox. I understand there may be some benefit between the two. I use the sea salt for no longer than a week at a time.
