I take this mainly for sinus issues, not ME/CFS, but since those can exacerbate the ME/CFS, I think it is still really important......every time I have tried to stop taking it or even cut back, I have had sinus infections that won't go away, as soon as i take it, I get rid of them....I do take a ton, though 16,000 (not a typo) mg a day, split into two times of 8 grams each.....also if I start to come down with a cold or the flu I increase this to bowel tolerance

I mega-dose on this - about 20 g throughout the day in powder form (mixed in water) and soft-gel. I believe it helps with detox of liver, mood, and maintaining bowel clearance. I ramped up on it to determine tolerance and keep in line with various recommendations of use.
