It cured the yeast infection in my mouth by taking daily a couple of table spoons and swooshing it around in the mouth.

Coconut oil is a mainstay of the ketogenic diet I am doing. The diet has reduced my fatigue and pain.

I had hopes of a benefit, but even a moderate amount (tsp or so) would reliably make me feel much worse the next day.
