Important supplement for PEM recovery. Take 400mg per day divided into morning and night.

200mg per day. the only thing i've tried so far that seems to help. although i can't be sure. last time i ran out i felt worse. don't really want to try and test if i become worse if i stop using it.

150 mg a day. It gave me constipation and mild stomach aches. no improvement, I stopped on 2-3 day.

Terrible experience. No benefit at all and felt very depressed/angry for several days after taking.
