Certainly helps me handle exercising better and reduce PEM by a lot.Other things that do the same and should be combined with creatine are citrulline malate before exercising and baking soda.I take baking soda 1 hour before and citrulline malate 20' before because together they react (base+acid).

Creatine monohydrate (750 mg.) is the third most useful supplement I take for CFS. I've been taking it since the mid-90's. It helps a lot with energy and pairing it with D-Ribose seems to sustain the effect.
