Siberian ginseng has been the most helpful thing I've tried so far. Taking a 2:1 tincture 2.5ml 3x a day. Advised to do this for 2 months then have a 2 week break. I'm a month in and its given me loads of energy, feel so much more awake and my sleep pattern has normalised. I can do significantly more without triggering pem. Does cause insomnia when taken too late in the day so my last dose is at 16.30. Interested to see what happens when I stop for a break, worried I will crash but we'll see. I'll update if I can when I get there.

I used to take this as a cognitive supplement. It worked, but I don't need it now that I'm on oxygen.
