Helps with sleep when combined with melatonin. I take 1500-200 mg/L-Tryptophan before bed.

My symptoms severity is definitely linked to tryptophan levels in my brain. BCAAs can block TRP transport into the brain, blocking boosts in severity. High levels of TRP give me strong suicidal moods.
