Very useful for initiating sleep.I take it an hour before going to bed, 1mg sublingually.

5-10mg each night. Helpful with insomnia. Potency seems to decrease over time. Best when adhering to other sleep hygiene recommendations.

Helped with insomnia but had to discontinue it as l take thyroid hormone thyroxine and the two interact.

Makes it easier to fall asleep generally. But does'nt help me much during crashes.

It made no difference.

It made no difference to my ME. It does sometimes reduce insomnia.

It worked until it fried my melatonin receptors, now my sleep is more disordered than it was before starting melatonin. They don't grow back. Just don't start melatonin.

Caused sever stomach discomfort nausea and exacerbated all symptoms. I since found out a lower dose may have been alright!
