I'm on the ketogenic diet so replacing electrolytes is important. i add potassium to my adrenal cocktails about 3-4 times daily. Helps crash recovery and boosts energy.

Took 99 mg Potassium Citrate with Vitamin B protocol. It either did not help at all or made me feel worse, thinking worse. I might take it if I felt Potassium deprived (unlikely), but would be easier to get in food sources.
