Lot of ME/CFIDS people are deficient in this. Symptoms will be sore eyes, eye infections, eye tiredness etc. Sores in mouth too. This is very important. I use the active form of B2 which is R-5-P.

Max of 25 mg 3 times/day for couple of months. Reduced to 12.5 mg 3 times/day. Then 3.125 mg once/day.
At same time as B2 included small sprinkle of magnesium malate from a capsule daily. Also included a teaspoon of manganese water rubbed on skin & avoided most other supplemental vitamins.

100 mg 3 times a day as part of Iodine protocol. Morning dose taken as part of ATP co-factor, which includes 500 mg Niacin. It is one of those things that I believe are useful in conjunction with other supplements, and as part of the Bs.
