If my body and brain feel inflamed, then I rely on the flush version of Niacin to clear that and calm things down.

It made no difference.

Initially it seems to grant me a general cognitive boost followed somewhat by some kind of energy crash... I'd recommend proceeding with caution on this one and maybe not at all, since learning almost all B-vitamins are synthetic sources derived from petroleum and coal derivatives.(look it up)

Bad, evil B. It not only made my general ME symptoms worse, but it induced strong suicidal moods. My guess is that the absence of dietary niacin forced my brain cells to convert neurotoxic quinolinic acid into the B3 the cells needed. More B3 meant more unconverted QUIN.

Nasty evil bad B3. Even foods 'fortified with niacin' made me feel worse. I had to give up most processed foods due to that.
